Our company is looking for an energetic Technical Project Manager to join our team.
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with a high degree of client satisfaction. He or she will be responsible for coordinating the activities of multiple designers, programmers, and copywriters on a variety of projects.
This position requires exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously. The ideal individual must be hard working and self-motivated.
***Must be fluent in English. Candidates who are not fluent in English will NOT BE CONSIDERED.***
You will:
* Facilitate communication between development team and management to ensure that each project is executed properly.
* Assign projects to appropriate staff members and inform management of any issues (or potential issues) with project flow.
* Proactively manage all details of the project and the overall workflow to ensure that all action items and all projects are accomplished on a timely and accurate basis.
* Interact with client and keep them informed of the project status
* Work with the client, designers, programmers, and copywriters to conceptualize, design, and build high-quality websites
You will need to be:
* A high energy self-starter with the ability to motivate geographically diverse teams and deliver projects on time and on budget.
* Self-directed with superior spoken and written communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Flexible by nature with a solid commitment to growing a business that will continue to expand.
* A team player who realizes that the success of the business is dependent on the input and work of the company as a whole.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Background in programming, especially with PHP-MySQL
* Experience with web projects
